
Antonio Huertas
Is the Chairman and CEO of MAPFRE, the largest Spanish-owned insurance group in the world. Antonio leads a 35,000-strong team of professionals dedicated to offering innovative, comprehensive and technology-driven solutions to the families and companies they protect in 45 countries.
Firmly committed to the triple bottom line accounting framework of people, planet and profi t, Antonio has championed the sweeping transformation of MAPFRE into an ever more responsible company, delivering valuesbased, sustainable results to all stakeholders.
Antonio holds a degree in law from the University of Salamanca, and is President of its alumni association. He is also President of Fundación MAPFRE, a not-for-profit organization that is active in 30 countries worldwide.

Iñaki Ortega
Has a Ph.D. in Economics and is the Director of Spain’s oldest business school, at University of Deusto (Deusto Business School), and is a visiting profesor at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR).
A regular media commentator, he has also written four books. Passionate about entrepreneurship, Iñaki has led research projects on the subject for Microsoft, the Inter-American Development Bank and Santander Bank, and has consulted with numerous multinational organizations on open innovation.
Iñaki is a pioneer in the study of generations and how they impact the business world, and he was named one of the Top 50 experts in digital transformation by Spain’s leading business newspaper, Expansión.
